RIP Chief Greene. We need more leaders in our city like you! Thank you for you service. May GOD recieve his Angel back into his fold. Prayers for the family during this time of loss.

Chief Greene was much more than a "Fire Chief" He was a Father figure to all who served under him...he would chastise you for doing wrong & in the next breath offer you all the help within his power if you needed it....he was an exceptional man.....one who has been missed since his retirement & will be missed even more now that he has left this earth for his new residence with our God in Heaven...What a loss to this world we live in.There will never be another like this man.....I feel blessed...

Chief Greene was a special man. He inspired Firefighters. Firefighters wives and their children. He will not be forgotten. We have lost a great man.

May the life and legacy of such a gentle giant, give you peace at this time and always. Truly Shreveport is a better place because of the impact of the life of a honest, humble, giving and compassionate servant of the Lord. Be encouraged for you shall see him again when all God's children get together.

May Chief Green rest in peace. He was loved by all who had the honor to know him.Shreveport was blessed to have a man like Chief Green service this community. Our prayers for the family.
