We would run from Orange street school down to the bakery, buy lemon marange pies for lunch, go to the old fort, eat the pies and run back to school, all in the 30 or 40 minutes we had for lunch. Growing up with Dallas was huge in my life. Hey to Laurel, PL

We were so shocked to hear that Dallas had passed away. We have had so much fun with you and Dallas at the hunting camp. We love you both and are so sad to know that Dallas will not be with us this year. But you are always welcome and don't ever forget that. It will not be the same without you and Dallas. Susie, your Merida family is grieving with and for you. I always looked forward to seeing that smiling face and am so sad that his hopes to retire here have been vanquished. One thing for sure, he led an "ample" life! I look forward to seeing you here in Merida very soon.

I may never know a more caring and interesting individual than Dallas. So very sorry for your loss Susie, but Dallas is in a much better place. We can all look forward to doing the same.
