It was a pleasure to start the day seeing Damien and his beautiful smile. Such a sad loss. Prayers for the family.

I´m so sad to learn he´s passed. What a lovely man he was. He delivered papers in my neighborhood and I loved seeing him pass by daily. He was smart and kind and exuberant! And how he could throw those papers out his drivers-side window - up and over his car --and land them where he aimed them was beyond me! All heart.

Damen never treated me like his friend´s wife; he only treated me like a friend. His kindness will be missed. Prayers for the Banks family.

I am floored by this news. I send my condolences to the family. He was the Herb to my Peaches on March 1981 at sophomore star night in cougarsville (west side high school). Friend you will surely be missed.

It was always a pleasure to talk with Damen, especially because we shared many of the same ideas.
