Not sure what to say?

Dear Tess and Bede,
I am saddened to learn of the passing of Damian. I had the privilege of serving with him in Rwanda and at Puckapunyal. My condolences to you at this difficult time. A great man and an excellent leader. We share your loss and extend our prayers and thoughts to you and your family.

Tess and Bede, very sad indeed to hear of your loss. Dolly was a great man and soldier and will be missed.

Tess, it was a privilege to be with you and Bede at Dolly's farewell and he would indeed have been 'chuffed' by the turn-out and the courage shown by all those representing clan Roche.

We all have our own memories of Dolly but they will have a common thread - that of a terrific, decent bloke who lived life to the full and who always remained grounded.

Much love, John and Anne Culleton

To Tess and Bede,
Our thoughts are with you both. We wish you our deepest heartfelt sympathies. Damian was a true gentleman and a truly good person.

Dear Tess & Bede,

I had the honour of serving under Damien in Rwanda, he was forthright and always amiable, a great man and a great leader who has given his all for his family friends and country.

My deepest condolences to you and your family, sometimes life is just not fair but many people like myself have been graced by Damien's presence and are much better people for that experience.

My condolences on the tragic loss of a truly good man. He will be remembered with great respect by all those with whom he served. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Dear Tess and Bede,
I am so sorry for your loss. Dolly was a great leader and everyone loved him. I am shocked that he should be taken so early in his great life. My life is better for having served with him, I am glad I caught up with him late last year at Singleton. Words cannot express how sad I am for you and Bede. He was such a great bloke.
