Damon R. Donaldson

"Scrump"...Is ALL that needs to be said to bring a smile to the faces of the many friends and associates who knew him.

We attended Kentucky State University together in 1974 as freshman members of the band and since DAY ONE the friendship NEVER ended.

Staying in touch with "Scrump" became a part of my life. We would communicate by phone and he would never pass up a chance to visit me when I brought my youth tennis program to Indy for a long weekend tournament ....We...

Damon made a big impact on the lives of many young people in the Rhodius Community. It was a pleasure working with Damon at Indy Parks and Recreation.
He had a great "ride" too - a custom detailed PT Cruiser. He always looked cool arriving at staff meetings.

Damon Donaldson was the pillar of light, an inspiration to all the came in contact with him. He taught us so many things in this life, always keep pushing, always give your best, Never stop, and put your head in the water. He was a great Friend , Father, a Godfather and so much more. He has pulled so many kids out of bad situations and pushed them to be what we are today. We are internally greatfull for God giving us the opportunity to know you. I have so many memories that I will cherish...
