I am watching the 48 Hours on Damon and I often look up the person to see what has happened to them. I was so sad to see that Damon had died in 2021. I am glad he had the opportunity to be free and live life for a short time.

I just saw Damon Thibodeaux on 48 Hours and from the very beginning I knew everything he was saying was true and he was innocent.. I was so afraid it was going to end with another Injustice and Damon would be locked up for life and put to death, but I was so happy I even cried learning that didn't happen and that he was released and spent time with his son and family.. and now to come upon this, his death, I'm so heartbroken.. all I can do is pray for his loved ones and family and friends. I just for the first time. Heard your story Damon. I'm sad you left this world too soon. I'm sad to read all you went through on this earth I wish you well in the heaven's above, for eternity.

I did not know Damon, I live in the other part of the world, in Spain, but I have seen the Netflix documentary and I have been surprised by the story of his life, then I was interested in knowing how his life was going, hoping that He was a happy person, when I saw that he had died of covid, I could not believe it ... I am sad, although I did not know him, his life will certainly be remembered ... especially his great social work.

Rest in peace Damon. You were a sweet pure soul. In the short time that you were a free man you contributed so much to society. When I learned of your story it changed my perspective of the importance of freedom, family, and true justice. It was a privilege to have known you. May your soul be at rest in heaven.
