Not sure what to say?

Dear Claudette and family, It broke my heart to see Dan's picture on the news after returning home from travel. I'm very sorry to have missed his funeral. You can add me to the long list of people whom Dan helped and touched over the years. He always had a "pat on the back" that made me feel more confident and feel better about whatever was going on in the world. His kindness and generosity inspired anyone who worked with him to be a better person. I share in your great sense of loss.

Dear Claudette and family, we are very sad by your loss of a very great man. We remember the days of drill team and the fun of racing the big vans. We love you so much and pray for you. May peace be with you as this is most hard as he was in his prime! Your Heavenly Father is watching over you, please take care of each other. Love, Kent, Linda, Kelly Nielsen and family

We are so sad for your loss. We thouht Dan was an awesome guy. We know your sorrow runs deep, are thoughts are prayers are with you.

Hooper & Shauna Knowlton, David Urie

Our prayers are with the Eastman family. We new Dan personally and always considered him to be a strong, hones loving individual. Our Father in Heaven surely has a purpose and calling for him on the other side.

I used to sit in the break room at the dealership and do my homework, and Dan would stop in and ask what subject I was working on. He always bought whatever little things my school was selling. What a kind-hearted man!
To the family - I'm so sorry! I know first-hand that words can't heal this. Although it may be hard to see, God always has his reasons, he needed Dan back!
Sending love, Nicole (Maestas) Larsen - Kelli's daughter

Claudette, Erin, Danielle, Megan, Robbie and Drew....so sorry to hear about Dan. What a great guy he was and we remember him with love. We are in Oregon and will not arrive home to be able to attend the services. Our hearts and love are with you. Bea and Lynn Richards

Claudette & Family,

We were stunned to learn of Dan's passing and in the last few days have reflected on wonderful times, experiences and memories with your husband, father and grandpa. We loved Robbie’s account of Dan catching his “hair” on fire. I can still hear his snoring at a Fathers & Sons outing on Antelope Island. What made that remarkable was the fact Dan was more than 50 yards downwind, in a terrible storm, sharing a tent with Drew and the Doty’s.

We love...
