Not sure what to say?

I had the owner of playing and coaching for coach Haley. I played for him at Tilghman in the early eighties and coached his freshman team in Bowling Green in 1989. He taught me how to play football but more importantly he weaved life lessons in everything he did. I still think about some of the things he said to this day. I get a chuckle because it all makes sense now. Thank you Dan Haley for being such a great teacher and more importantly for being such a great human being. Thank you Mrs...

I only had the honor of knowing Coach Haley in the classroom at Tilghman for both his Algebra II and Trig classes.
To this day, I thank him for demonstrating the beauty of mathematics. My greatest admiration for him was his unabashed display of love and admiration for his wife, Julie, also a math teacher. His eyes would light up and the biggest smile would come across his face anytime she happened to walk in one of his classes.
Mathematics, it's been said, is the queen of the...

Danny was a true gladiator. I played football with him at PHS. He was a senior when I was a freshman. I can still se his grin on his face after our little problem with Hall High in Harlan county. Also his sayings to my buddy Joe Asher--""Don't you ever bleed"" He was at UK then scrimmaging with us at PHS. He was my mentor.

Danny and I played football together at PHS. He was a senior when I was a freshman and I still remember the smile on Danny face when we had the free for all at Hall High in Harlan county--a game we dedicate to our coach Bill Adams. I also remember the scrimmage we had with him when he was sophomore at UK--He asked my buddy Joe Asher-""don't you ever bleed"" He loved action. Danny is not gone but if you listen closely on some chilly and foggy night, you will hear him and other gone PHS...

Jesus said to her, I am the Ressurection and the life.
Whoever excercises faith in me even though he dies will come yo life.

Danny was a classmate of mine at Pineville High School. I haven't seen him since. He was one of the nicest people i've ever known. I'm so sorry for your loss, may God bless & comfort the family.

There is no doubt that I would be less of a man, if it weren't for Coach Dan Haley's presence in my life. He instilled in me values that I will carry for the rest of my life
. After all of these years, I still often think of his impactful words and hilarious sense of humor. I will be forever grateful to have known such a exceptional man. My deepest condolences to Julie, Laura, and the rest of the family.
