Not sure what to say?

charlene, i am sorry to hear of dan's passing, i always thought the world of him and will always remember how good to me he was. dan wanted me to buy your home when you were moving to oregon. this was my dream home then and still is. had he not gone out of his way to help me buy it, it never would have happened. i believe i have honored him in caring for this home over the years and think of him often. dan will always be remembered, a good, kind, and wonderful man. the good lord has a special...

Dan was a great friend for many years. Sharing thoughts, ideas, ideals, fishing and hunting stories of past and present experences. He was a great person to ask a opinion, question on a idea. or present problem I was dealing with. Dan always had a workable answer. He was a true helper for people with his countless hours volunteering for the shriners, meals on wheels or just helping someone. He will be missed by many. Let us not forget how he fought in Korea to help in the war effort. ...

I was so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. He always held a place in my heart. I feel lucky to have know him (he as a "Volunteer" at Shriners Hospital and I as an employee). I looked forward to the days he spent at Shriners...he always had a tale to tell and his humor will be cherished by me forever.
He spoke so fondly of his family and usually had a photo to go along with his stories. I know he will be deeply missed by all of you. Thank you for sharing him with me.
