Not sure what to say?

I was one of the 4th grade students who was in his class and remember fondly singing time in his class. Many of my favorite songs (guilty pleasures) are ones we sang with him. He was a great teacher, and I’m sad to learn of his passing.

Jewell,
Gerry and I were so sorry to hear of Dana's passing. We are in Florida and I read on line that he had passed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you as I know he was a wonderful soul mate to you.

Jewell,
Both Ned and I were saddened to hear about your loss. Dana was always a welcomed face at Ned's Place. You and your family are in our prayers.

Jewell and family...my heartfelt condolences go out to you all. I have such wonderful, fond memories of Dana..I was fortunate enough to have been one of his fourth grade students and I remember so well our singalongs. He truly was my favorite teacher and I would tell him that whenever I saw him. He was so humble, he would just hug me and say thank you. I would also like to say how sorry I am to Jewell, probably one of the most wonderful, sweetest women I've had the pleasure of knowing and...

I would like to send many hugs to danas family you are all in my thoughts I love you all

My condolence to your family. I had the honor and privilege to work with Dana at Windsor School. He was a great mentor and friend. He will be missed by many.

Dear Mrs. Childs,
It has been nearly 30 years since I last saw you and Mr. Childs. However, it certainly does not mean you were not in our thoughts throughout those years. As others have already stated here in this guest book, Mr. Childs will be missed and remembered as one who always had a smile on his face and his hand reaching out to another. Our family will pray for your peace and serenity.- Your neighbor from two doors up.

Jewell and Family---
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Dana left a legacy through the many lives he touched. Take comfort in your memories and the many people who appreciate his contribution to their lives. He was a true teacher who cared!

To Jewell and family - Dana will greatly be missed. Through this time of difficulty may you stand firm in knowing that he is now in the hands of our beloved Saviour, Jesus Christ.
I can still hear yours and Dana's voices as you sang many songs at Hope Baptist Church. I am now living in Louisiana, but I want you to know he will truly be missed.
