Dana M. LaFonta

Tulane 1990 - Dana was an art friend of mine at Tulane, I was a BioMedical Illustrator Major and we clicked as friends. I am so shocked and sorrowed at this news. She was a really great person. My deepest condolences for your loss.

We worked with Dana and got to know her well when she represented the Lt. Governor's Office of Cultural Affairs and the Percent for Art Programs. She was a beautiful person, and her dedication to the arts and artists shined. Our hearts are filled with sadness for her family and their loss of a truly lovely Dana. May she rest in peace. xx

I was so sorry to hear of Dana's passing and really did not know the appropriate words to express my sympathies. Losing a child has to be one of the greatest tragedies a parent can endure but hopefully you can find peace in knowing that your memories of her will live on forever. I shall keep you and your family in my prayers. Just know that this is a journey you don't have to take alone; God our heavenly father will be with you every step of the way.
