Dana & Lynn

It was great having a chance to visit with Dana and Lynn at our FCS 50th Class Reunion July 7, 2015. He was so happy there. Dana was easy to get to know and he will be missed. Prayers for his familyn

Dana will be truly missed, especially in the square dance community. I remembered when he first dated Lynne in the 70's. I lost track of both of them after I joined the Navy and being married and raising children.. Dana did so much for Single Spinners, He and Lynne along with all the dedicated members have kept it going. RIP Dana I salute you for your dedication and commitment.

We will all miss Dana in the square dance community, and especially in Single Spinners. He did so much for our club and for square dancing in San Diego. I remember how he made stands for our decorations, put up a big shade for our picnics, did the Pasadena Rose Parade run after our New Years Eve party, and was president of our club. I remember him dancing with daughter Kim at Spinners whenever I hear "Jingle Bell Rock". Dana, we will miss you.

Dana, a gentle soul, who was always helpful. Helped get my husband and me together. Replaced my water heater after my husband's death. While he did hold offices in square dancing, he was also a behind the scene guy, not needing credit for what he did. Enjoy heaven with my guy! Prayers for you and the family and friends you leave behind!

We enjoyed knowing and working with Dana and Lynn through the Square Dance community. May he rest in peace and may his family find peace in their happy memories.

Dana grew up down the road from me. I remember how kind he was to everyone, and what a great classmate he was. What a beautifully written obituary.
