To the Dear Family & Friends of Dana Michelle. I met your lovely daughter only once. You see I started work With Cindy Mackay @ DSS in Columbia County New York though she has since retired. Miss Dana came to the office once. So as such I didn't know Dana but she seemed such a beautiful sweet sort and since hearing of this terrible event I have thought of little else and my heart breaks for you all.
