I grew up with Dane's younger sister Joanna. The Rudy family was like a second family to me. Dane joked around with me and busted on me like I was just another sister. He was such a great person and always could make you laugh. He will be greatly and truly missed! My thoughts are with the entire Rudy family. I love you guys.

To the Rudys,
I just want to say that i am very lucky to have known Dane. he was and will always be my big brother. i will always have a piece of him in my heart and soul and i will remember him for the good times and not the bad. he didnt leave world without placing his mark on everyone he ever knew. Dane was very fun-loving and lived every second of everyday to the fullest. i hope that someday we will be with him again.

To the Rudy family, your in my prayers. I'm sorry for your loss. Dane was quite the character in school. He made art class very interesting. I had meet up with Dane at my hang out last year out of the blue and was amazed by running into him. I didn't ever expect to see him again. Dane was a fun spirited type of guy who always kept you on your toes and made you laugh. Dane will really be missed. My deepest sympothy to the family.

Mr,Mrs.Rudy I have been trying to come up with the right words to say to make the sorrow in your hearts a little lighter. There just isn't anything anyone can say to fill the void your feeling from losing your wonderful son Dane.I know you don't remember me but I'm Sarah's mom and met you at the park when Lorne and Sarah were going to one of their proms.I wish I had known Dane as well as I knew Lorne, I'm sure I would of loved him just as much as we did Lorne. I feel I did know Dane though...
