Uncle Hugh, Sam, Ryan and Jason,
I am very sorry for your loss. Thankfully, Dan is in no more pain and in a much better place.
I remember his laugh used to make me smile when I was a kid. You knew he was really happy just by that laugh!!
You all are in my thoughts and prayers in these sorrowful times.
I love you,
Martin A. DeSantis

Dearest Abell Family,

My heart is sad that Dan is no longer with us. I will miss seeing his beaming smile! I am thankful that Sam, Jason and Ryan have come back into my life after many years. Dan is at peace now. May God bless your family in the days, months and years ahead.

Dan brought that van over to his home and converted the van mostly by himself.
That is how I will always remember Dan. A Kind and very caring man who would go to great lengths to help a friend.

Dear Uncle Hugh and family,
I love the picture you chose of Dan, it's how I remember him with his beautiful smile. What a hard worker he was;I remember him working with Tim on different jobs, he always had that smile ready to give so freely. I loved his hugs. I pray he has peace now! I am so sorry for your sadness at not having Dan with you any longer. I will pray for all of you as you grieve your loss and be happy for you as you remember those fun times you had together! Dan loved his...
