Not sure what to say?

Working with Dan was such a privilege. His soft spoken ways and guidance on projects was true brilliance. Dan was such a lovely gentleman. I will miss him but consider a privilege to have known him.

It was a privilege to work for Dan, and a pleasure to be around him. I think he made us all better people, and I am grateful for that. My condolences to all who will miss his presence.

Dan was a role model and friend to me. I have many great memories with Dan and will remember him fondly. He was truly a great individual and I am a better person for having known him.

Dan was a co-worker, mentor, and friend to me for many years. Dan was both a gentle man and a gentleman, and was a great model of high standards in the work we did.
I am currently attending an IAIABC conference in Idaho. Dan had a leadership role in that professional organization for many years and there are some here who remember Dan fondly. We will remember him here today.
I know how much he treasured his family, and my deepest sympathies go out to all of you.

We are saddened and send our love to all of you. Remembering all the times we shared as neighbors when the kids were growing up and then the joys of being grandparents. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love, Carroll & Gary Kamlin

Dear Laurelle and family, we are so, so sorry for your loss. Dan was everything good to so many: loving husband, father, brother, grandpa, and in-law; stand-out community volunteer; caring teacher and mentor; passionate public servant and leader; wonderful professional colleague; and very dear friend. “Mr. D” will be sorely missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

God provides us with a beautiful hope for the future to see our departed love ones again on a paradise earth. John 5:28. Draw close to God and he will draw close to you. James 4 : 8

A bright, gentle guy. He was wonderful to work with. A dedicated public servant. Thanks for everything, Dan.
