We had some great times in the Corps!! You were always a friend to be counted on! Semper Fi and see you on the streets of heaven!

Grew up just down the street from Dan and went through school together. Lost touch with everybody from my Downey days, and just learned of Dans passing. We were both in the Gents Car Club. Belated Condolences.

From digging in the desert in 105 degree heat to scratching through the snow at Tahoe. They were the best of times. Especially all the weeks spent in Las Vegas. Great memories that will last forever.

But now it's time to stand down and report topside, Marine.

Meeting you in 10th grade Spanish class was just the beginning of a 40yr friendship! Going to Flash, the senior prom, trips to Mexico, your letters from Viet Nam are just a few of the treasured memories I have of you. I think the best thing I ever did for you was introducing you to my girlfriend, Leslie! We sure had fun! I know all of heaven is just a little bit better now and you're probably kicking it with Buddy Holly and the Big Bopper. I'll miss you and never forget you! Love Janey

Your dedication to the hobby and the BCCA and its Magazine was truly outstanding -- we thank you ever so much. And thanks especially for all those wonderful pictures and editorials on those exotic Western cans -- they were great to behold! Gone but not forgotten, Dan.

Dan - I know you gave cancer one hell of a fight but I know you are still dedicated to the hobby of collecting cans and breweriana just a different location, the rest of us will be joining you. Dan from the first time I met you at the Black Kat till now we had some great times, Soul long old friend.
