Rest easy, bud. I can't believe these stupid things are happening to us trans folk. It's so unfair. As a trans youth, I am scared of what is to come; but I will stay strong, and live every day in honor of you. You died for us. I didn't know Daniel. Driving to work the other morning, I heard a segment on KRCC about Daniel's memorial. It was touching and brought me to tears. The tremendous amount of love, respect, and admiration for Daniel was obvioius. His memory will forever live..

The concerns of this world are now over for you. May dwell in joy forever in the house of love.

If he had just looked into those eyes he would have seen that this was a man here to love and be loved. I wish that I had known him. Peace and love to all.
