Dear Evelyn; We just heard of Danny's passing. We are still in Florida, but working our way home. We will never forget Danny and you and young Danny and Chrissy at the breachway, all the good times we had and the pig that we roasted for young Danny's birthday. Also all the fruity drinks Danny made up. We really miss you all. Dan will be missed by many of us at CCRI. He always had so much to give and eager to share his experiences and yes his wisdom with us. Early mornings at CCRI were a joy for me because I knew Dan would be there---even earlier than me. We had many terrific, inspiring conversations and I cherished his thoughts and his wisdom. Though he will no longer be physically present, I will continue to have conversations with Dan and I will hear his voice in the silence of the early morning.

With my sincere sympathy to Evelyn and all Dan's children. I had the pleasure of working with Dan for the last 4 years at the Community College. I will miss him dearly. He was always able to give me good advice and answer questions I had on a variety of subjects. He was my coffee partner and I will miss him so much. May God Bless you all.

I was so very sorry to hear of your loss. Dan was a terrific colleague who made tremendous contributions to the Access to Opportunity program at CCRI. His unique sense of humor and stories about the dogs will remain among my favorite memories. I greatly enjoyed working with Dan and will deeply miss him!
