DANIEL BALDWIN SR.

Daniel Baldwin Sr. passed away January 1, 2018. He was a husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, mentor, airman, public servant, entrepreneur, world traveler, hard worker, storyteller, and above all else, a man of great integrity, perseverance, optimism, and faith. He loved to laugh, enjoyed discussing issues, never met a stranger, and never had so little that he couldn't share it with others. He was a generous and kind soul who left the world a better place than he found it.
Daniel was a public servant for nearly 40 years, both in the Air Force, where he retired as a Chief Master Sergeant (achieved by only 1% Air Force-wide), and with the Treasury Department, where he retired as a Revenue Officer. He was a life-long learner and earned two Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and History. He was a 33rd Degree Mason who served as Past Worshipful Master for Martin Luther King Lodge and Past Grand Master of St. James Grand Lodge. He was also a member of the Liberty United Supreme Council. He worshipped at the United Church of the Living God.
Daniel is loved and will be forever missed by his devoted wife Kay; children Donna (Terry), Daniel Jr. (Mandy), Linda (Kevin) and Sandra (Peter); grandchildren Daniel III, Isaac, Xackari, Adam, Christina, Nicklas and Samuel; sister Hattie, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary, Moreno Valley, California. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Miller-Jones Mortuary - Perris, 1835 N Perris Blvd., Perris, California. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at Miller-Jones Mortuary – Perris. Committal service to follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 12:45 PM, Thursday, January 18, 2018.
