Daniel E. Barrett

I was shocked and saddened to have just learned of Dan's passing. Almost 25 years ago when I was a law student, he gave me a job doing legal research for him, which taught me more about being a lawyer than anything I learned in class. Thank you, Dan. You will be missed. Rest in peace. My condolences to your family.

Dear Geri and Mary,
My deepest heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your fiancee and son. Dan was my atty and friend many years. We hunted and fished many times. I especially loved listening to Dan talk about how he loved his fiancee and her children. Many nites in deercamp Dan confided in me his deep love of Geri and her girls. I will miss my friend. Go get em big guy in the deep woods and waters of heavens pearly gates.

Dear Mrs. Barrett, I am so sorry about Dan, words are never enough to comfort your heart. Dan was helping me w/ a legal issue and his last words to me were "hang in there". I would like to say them back to you. Time will heal a broken heart

The last time I talk to Dan, he had called to chat with Dave. He was happy and you could hear it in his laugh and his conversation. I love the picture you selected.It says it all...sparkle in his eyes, a gentle smile, and a little mischief in that grin. And such a good mentor to so many...

I was a a classmate of Dan's and though i haven't seen him in ages, i will not forget his wit and ability. He was a bright, thoughtful, good man. I will be praying for you all. In sympathy and prayer.

Dan will be very missed by the family and me very much. I cant wrap my head around this it is just so hard on me I lost a person that has ben in my life sence I was 12 houars old. I am very sad that Dan and I couldn't go hunting togeather and I was looking forward to do that that with Dan. I can't stop crying knowing that Dan is gone. ):
