Not sure what to say?

I often think about Dan. When I am super excited about something that might happen, Dan's laugh for that occasion always comes to my mind like he is there to share the moment with me and I love it. I miss him very much and as I get older its sadder for me that he died so young. Dan I miss you. All my love to his family. - Karen Socher

God bless you Dan. You have a special place in my heart for all of the happiness and good times we shared.

Just now learned of Dan's passing. I am so very sad. We were friends at WSU where we performed in a group called the Crimson Company together. He was a wonderful friend and a ray of sunshine to everyone, loved by anyone who knew him. He drove me back and forth to Pullman, as we were both from the greater Portland area. My date to sorority dances, precious friend. It makes me happy to read about his life here...to discover he lived his life to the fullest. He deserved all the best. ...

Dan was simply one of the best guys I knew. For 25 years he came in and out of my life and with him always came so much good. He brought so much zest and experience to life.

My brother Brian Wolf and I were friends with Danny and David in school. We use to go over and have bbqs and sleepovers. We were surprised to hear of Danny's passing. Our thoughts out with his family and Danny. Hopefully he did not suffer as we do not know the circumstances.

Dan was the best. He was so gifted and had the best sense of humor. He was so much fun to be with. He was generous and had a big heart and was very good to me, as was all of his family. I love that picture of him with the glasses, that is how I remember him. I am grateful for the times we spent together. I am so sad that he is gone.

Lena had a great Daddy. Our deepest sympathies from everyone at NW Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital to Dan's friends and family. You will be missed Dan.

Customer, friend, mentor. That was the progression of our friendship. Dan had a special way of turning his customers & vendors into cherished friends. That's how it was with me. When I worked with Dan on the business side as a vendor, he always dealt with me honestly and fairly, trying to create a "win/win". As a friend, he made me feel like I was the only person in the world when I was with him & boy was he loyal. As a mentor, he helped guide my career in travel management and taught me...

Dan in Hood River, Oregon circa 2008. Dan was a great man, my business mentor, but most importantly a good friend. Peace to you.
