Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear this. I live in the same building as Dan did.. He was always watching out for me and so friendly. I miss him hollering out from his window as I am leaving or coming. You are missed. RIP my friend

Spent many a day with Dan on the flag football field and basketball court where his speedy jets and hops were displayed. Hip problems slowed his cadence, but never dampened his quick smile and laughing spirit. Fare thee well, friend. Condolences to the family.

I knew Dan back in grade school at St. Brigid's School; he was a great guy. My condolences and prayers to the Bartos family; Dan left us way too soon.

So very sorry to hear of Danny's passing!! Sending heartfelt thoughts and prayers to you all.

Had some good times hanging with Dan. He always had a smile and a good story for us. Used to visit his neighborhood down off of the circle as a kid, then later on in high school. My prayers go out to the Bartos family, he will be missed. Class of 78 will miss you brother.

I live just down the way from dan. I never had a chance to sit and visit with him but whenever he would see me outside walking he would say a hello and we would frequently make small talk. He seemed like a very nice respectable individual. I wish I would have taken the time to get to know him more. See you in heaven one day dan.

Deepest sympathy to the Bartos family. Go back to grade school at BS with Dan. He was always a pleasure to be around.

Dear Family,
I have many fond memories of Dan and your family. Trips to the lake and time spent at your house:). I'm so sorry for your loss and please know you're in my thoughts and prayers.

This guy loved to smile. It was a pleasure to have him in this world.
