A measure of a man's life can often be seen in the caliber of his family and friends. Dan left a legacy of wonderful children and grandchildren which will carry his spirit forward. I stand and offer a salute to a hero and fine man of the Greatest Generation! He will be missed.

I was greatly saddened to read about Dan's passing. I so enjoyed meeting with him all these past years. He was sharp, had a great business mind and was remarkably keen with numbers. Besides seeing him at the office, I was proud to be a fellow Rotarian with him. He will be greatly missed by many, but take comfort that he is home and with Margie.
