Dan tutored my son, a high school student, a few years ago. He made it a point to check on how he was doing even when the tutoring had stopped. Dan would do his best to be available anytime we needed his help. His approach with my son was wonderful. It is because of him that my son RECEIVED A 100% on his summer math assignment!!! 'til we meet again, my friend. Gary, Lorraine and Aaron
Our condolences to the family.

Dan and I worked together at Schenley High School and he was a great Vice Principal and more so a great friend. Anything the teachers, students , and parents needed he was right there to assist. Dan touched so many students in so many ways that contributed to a better life. I will miss his smile, jokes and laughter. Sophia Facaros Principal Schenley 2005-2011
