Sorry for your loss. Dan was appointed Circuit Clerk after Helen Rice retired and served until the next election. That was more years ago than I like to remember! He was a good boss, congenial and easy to get along with. A great public servant in every sense of the word. A good man who will be missed. My sympathy all who mourn.

Sorry for your loss. I remember when he was the Heyworth Police Chief. He was always friendly and he changed my oil in my car when he would do that on the side. He will be greatly missed.Dan,RIP.
