Joyce, Although I never had the honor of meeting Daniel, if he was as kind, caring, loving & devoted a friend as you are toward those you love, it was truly a loss for me in not receiving that honor. It's no wonder people were so drawn to him as you can see in what has been written about him. I am ever so grateful to God that our paths have crossed but more so what I have seen Him do in you in such a short period of time. May God continue to strengthen you and pour out His love on you in the...

Sitting here in your prime hours makes me miss you even more. Not a single day has passed that I haven't thought if you, nor told a story involving you. To go to your grave site, and realize our own mortality is scary. I can only hope you continue to watch over your mom and all of your friends during all of our trying times. You are such a great friend and it saddens me that my kids will only learn of you in the past tense!!!

I am still in disbelief that Dan is no longer with us here on earth and is now smiling down on us from heaven. Even though I only knew Dan for a short time, he definitely made an impact on my life. He was always straight forward with me and never hesitated to give me HIS opinion on the matter at hand. Whenever we would talk, we always seemed to disagree on whatever we were discussing...but that was never an issue for me because that is what made our friendship so unique. :o) I had not spoken...

OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU. MAY YOU FIND PEACE IN YOUR HEART WITH LOVING MEMORIES OF YOUR SON.
WE PLAYED VOLLEYBALL WITH DAN AND WE ALWAYS KNEW TO RUN FROM THE BALL WHEN HE WAS HITTING. WHAT A WONDERFUL GUY HE WAS.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dan 12 years ago. Like many people we bonded over the love of ice cream and tv. Every week I looked forward to our “date night” to watch our favorite shows. It started out with Battle Bots and Temptation Island and continued on through the most recent Jersey Shore and Vampire Diaries. I unfortunately lost contact with Dan for a couple years while I was away at college but as soon as I moved back to the area I ran into him and it was like no time had passed. He...
