Not sure what to say?

A few years ago, Doris and I visited
Marion. We walked the trail behind the school to the fields. Who is on the trail but Dan
His response is this chance meeting is no less than a miracle
What a visit we had. God Bless, Doris and Jerry Meulemans

Dan was a wonderful person. He has left footprints that we all should follow and left many wonderful memories on the hearts of many people. We know that he is in the presence of the Lord, and all of his pain is gone. He is living a new and beautiful life up there in heaven. Someday we will all join him up there!! Just know that many are thinking and praying for you, Patsy and Angie. Dan loved both of you so much, and had so many friends that loved him also. We all miss him. Blessed...

A mentor and a friend, Dan was without compare. When I was diagnosed with a neuro disease, he was the first to tell me that I could fight and learn to live with it. His faith in God was inspiring and I will truly miss his friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with Patsy, Angie and the rest of his family.

See you on the "other side".

The "Sole Burner 5k Walk" will certainly take on a much larger meaning come next spring. I share in the sympathies of all who loved and knew Dan. I know of no one who had more determination or courage to fight that dreaded disease of cancer than what Dan had. He will be sadly and forever missed.

Dan was the type of person who loved his family, and his community. He had a joy within him that sparkled like a twinkling star on a dark summers night.May you rest in peace, knowing you are loved by one and all but mostly by Patsy and Angie.

Dear Patsy & Angie, My sincere condolences. Dan was a man who could face any task big or small with a smile on his face. God Bless All.

My heart is heavy for you, Patsy and Angie, as I have walked this same path. We know that Dan is in the presence of the Lord having been greeted by all the family and friends who have gone before. The Lord has a deep compassion for us widows and the orphans and will fill that hole in your heart with His love. Your faith will carry you through especially during the hard days. You will remain in my prayers now and forever.

Patsy and Angie! Many hugs and peace and love be with you and all the family. Love, Paul C Michaelis
