Not sure what to say?

Condolences to Dan´s family. He certainly had a large presence, was very intelligent, quite intense, made a difference in many ways & lives. He liked to get things done & did them. A good neighbor to my parents. Emil Hecht

Dear Noanie, Dan will be missed dearly, he helped so many people over the years. You are in our thoughts and have our deepest sympathy.

I first met Dan in 1992 when I joined Consultants in Medicine. I have considered him a good mentor, colleague and friend. I loved his sharp mind, tireless energy and commitment to leadership. Although he and I did not always agree I respected his honesty, openness to new ideas, and commitment to others. He combined agency with integrity and made an important difference in the lives of others. For those and other reasons he will be remembered and missed.

I am "one of many" patients whose life (prognosis) Dr. Brown extended from "three months" to 43 years with his 1979 cardiac catheterization, diagnoses, and treatment plan. His enthusiasm was awesome.

Dear Noanie, Chris, Alex and family, We have many fond memories of time spent together, at work , on the soccer field and in Bellingham since 1982. You are in our thoughts. Peter and Holly

Although I have not seen Dan in many years, we had many years together professionally and knew him well. I have always considered him a friend. God speed, Dan!

I had the privilege to work with Dan since he began his practice here in Twin Falls. He had was one of a kind and one of kind with a special blend of brilliant intelligence, compassion, and tenacity. He was an amazing physician, leader, mentor, colleague, and most important a dear friend. He was like a 2nd father to me and I will never forget all the advice and guidance he provided to me. He will be dearly missed. "Bravo Zulu" - Well Done my dear friend.

Dan hired me right out of training to be his cardiology partner in 1991. As a young physician, I was blessed to be mentored by such a capable man with so many gifts. His intellect loved a good challenge, whether it involved math, science, business, or medicine. He was a force of nature in all he could accomplish quickly and efficiently. I admired how he gave generously of himself to anyone who needed help. We were a good team, as we each brought different strengths to the practice. I´m...

Dan will be missed- he was a wonderful physician and example of one who always advocated on behalf of his patients. We owe him a great debt for starting the interventional cardiology program and placing the first coronary stent in Twin Falls.
