Not sure what to say?

My mother was a patient at Mt. St. Vincent for 9 years. She passed 7 years ago. I have a medal Fr. Brunton blessed for me of our Blessed Mother. I always think of Fr. Brunton when I wear it and decided to inquire about him and was saddened to learn he passed away. He was the epitome of everything good a priest can be. I loved taking my mother to Mass every Sunday at Mt. St. Vincent. I loved how he endeared himself to all who attended. He is now in Heaven reaping his reward. Thank you Fr....

I just learned of this and send my deepest sympathy to all of Father Brunton's family and friends. I will never forget his kindnesses, compassion, love, and smile. And I will be forever grateful that he picked Annie K.from my first litter of Golden Retrievers. They were the best team together. Thank you Father Dan for making me become a better person. Reena

Never will forget him and Annie K. Miss them every day.

I worked as housekeeper for Fr. Brunton for 9 years, and was saddened by his passing. He was a wonderful and caring man, always putting others first. We had great times decorating the rectory at Christmas and Halloween for friends and families of the parish. We wrote "Annie's Corner" together for many years for the parish news letter, with his dog Annie Kelly as the star. He will be greatly missed , but I know he is at peace and is happy. The love for his family was always so evident, I...

Our family sends prayers to Fr. Brunton´s family. He was a friend from when he was at St. Charles and I cherish the picture at our wedding in 1962. He´ll be missed by so many!

Dan and I were at Cathedral together, Holy Cross together, St.Mary's Seminary together and were ordained together in 1960. A good man, a good priest, a good life. Dan was greatly loved and respected by the people he served.

I'm sorry for your loss. Father Brunton was an outstanding priest, and a family friend. Many years ago, he married my wife and me. We send our sympathies. May he rest in peace.

Fr. Brunton was a true human being with kindness and love he showed for all. He was a dear true friend to my family, was always there to guide you with an upbeat personality, a great sense of humor, always an upbeat spirit. We love you and you will be forever in our hearts, soar high with the angels. Lynn Kenney (Lucia)
