Daniel Paul Coussens

Daniel was born on July 2, 1963 and passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Daniel was a resident of Mishawaka, Indiana at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife Jessica. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 26 from 1 to 6 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, July 27 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka with Rev. Terry Fisher officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice Foundation Supporting Center for Hospice Care: South Bend-Elkhart-Plymouth.
