Not sure what to say?

Rest in peace Uncle Danny. Always remember those times you were there for me. Miss the get togethers with family. Aloha's

Uncle Danny was my favorite growing up, he would take us sand boarding, the race track. Once he was off duty, but had his radio on, there was a call, he decided to go, told us to belt up and stay low, he drove so fast it was AWESOME! His last visit to Hawaii I made it a point to tell him how much he meant to me. I love you Uncle.

During our annual visits to Oahu, I remember Uncle Danny taking me, Lee and my brother James to a cemetery where he stopped. He started to tell us a story about a superstition that if you ate pork and drove by this cemetery your car would stop working. Of course, being as young as we were, Uncle Danny tried to start his car and pretended it didn´t work and told us we might have to spend the nite there. We started crying and he says, "Nah...just kidding" . He started the car and we went home....

I have known and worked with Danny while we were in the HPD at Pearl City. He was a fun and likeable individual. He was one of the finest QB in Hawaii HS history at Roosevelt HS. I considered him a good and dear friend and brother!
