Not sure what to say?

We are deeply sorry for your loss. Both my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dan in Radio. He always had a smile and a kind word. I looked forward to seeing him most mornings at KQ. His fight was a brave and inspiring one.

It's been a week now since I lost one of the "Best Friends" I have ever had. I still catch myself about to call him or send him an e-mail. After 36 years of having him as a friend and Mentor in the Real Estate business and in life, I miss him Immensely. My Thoughts are with Mary and his Chrildren and Grand Kids. Nothing was more important to Dan than his Family. I will never forget his laugh...I can hear it now.

Mary and family
Very sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Culhane Family

We have lost a good man. I was honored to be included in your family Thanksgiving last year – the laughter, conversation and even time around the piano is now a special memory. The image of Dan sitting in a chair in front of the piano surrounded by the family he loved is one I will always remember. I hear that Heaven has a lot of real estate so his expertise will be welcome there. Now he listens to Angels sing. What could be better?

Love,

Dee

Dear Culhane family:

We have lost a great man. I will always cherish having been an invited guest of your family last Thanksgiving - an evening spent enjoying laughter, great conversation and even a little piano playing. The image of Dan that evening, sitting in a chair by the piano in the midst of a family he loved, is one I will always keep. I hear that Heaven has a lot of real estate, so Dan's expertise will be welcome there. Now he listens to angels sing. What could be...

Mary and Family, I want you to know that our prayers are with you. It was a joy to work with you and Dan professionally and also in commities at St Eds. I have mary memories that I can call upon. God Bless you and your family. Jim and Diane Klungness

Dear Culhane Family,

We were so saddened to hear of your great loss. Though we didn't know Mr. Culhane, we know Mike well enough to know that his generous and caring nature, strong work ethic and sincere devotion to his friends and family can be attributed to the example set by his father. Please know that our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Mary & Family:
I had the honor of knowing Dan when I worked at the front desk for Prudential Metrowide Realty in Edina. Mr. Sunshine would always give me words of wisdom for the day and we had so many good talks and laughs. Mary I thought alot of Dan and when I left there I so missed his smile and wit. Please know that I am thinking of you all and I know Dan would never have left unless he was comfortable and at peace with what he accomplished here on earth and with his loving family. ...
