Thanks to all who have taken the time to honor my husband Dan by helping our family, with food, cards, flowers, words of love and hugs. Mostly the prayers, and please keep them coming, we still have a long way to go to normalcy and lots to do. Also all the helping hands with work needing done. God has given us many wonderful people in our lives, and it is so clear now when you are all so needed that we are, and Dan was and is so loved. We are working to get a education fund for Nekki and all...

Kim and family,
I was very sorry to hear about your loss. I didn't really know Dan very well, but going by what I did know of him, I would say he was a very nice man. I was always shy when I was around a bunch of new people, and one time when your mom had a family get together, he was there, and I was very quiet because there was a bunch of people there that I didn't know, and I was shy. So he talked to me and tryed to get me to smile and not look so down. And it worked! He was a...

I just wanted to thank everyone who helped out with things at this sad time. It never ceases to amaze me
how people pull together to help ones who are in need at such a hard time.
I miss my brother very much.

I first met Dan & Kim 22 years ago when I moved into Kims mom & dads foster home (I was 15 at the time). They were like a big brother & big sister to me & helped change my life for the better!
We had alot of fun together going to beaches, lakes, shopping, & even trips to Florida. A couple of years ago Dan, Kim, Dar & I went on a casino bus trip together & we all had a "blast"! There wasn't one time through that whole trip when Dan didn't have a "big smile" on his face :) I'm not sure...

Its true, the good ones leave us too soon. I will always have good memories of my older cousin Danny. He had a way of making me feel better when we spoke to each other and I will miss him.

Dan and my cousin Kim have been together as far back as I can remember. It has always been the two of them. Kim, I love you and am so saddened by Dan's accident. It is so hard to believe. Give Corey and Nikki my love. I am praying for you all and Dan too.
I will remember Dan as a good guy. Always easy with a real smile, the kind that crinkles around the eyes. Letting me use his camera (brand new) to take pictures of barns up in Michigan during a visit. Then I learned my...
