Not sure what to say?

Dear Terry, Joan, Tim and family: so sorry to hear of Dan's untimely passing. Many wonderful moments from our time together at Coyle-Cassidy. May the wonderful memories that you have of Dan bring you comfort. May the legacy of accomplishments Dan created in this city and at UMass. Dartmouth bring you pride. May the Lord Jesus bring everlasting peace and comfort to Dan.

So sad to hear of Dan's passing. I had known Dan since middle school and he always had a smile and a story when you ran into him. His passion to serve and help others is his legacy. From refereeing, coaching, running benefits for local scholarships, to servIng many years on the Planning Board and eventually serving the residents of the City he loved, as a Taunton City Councilor.
Dan, you will be missed be many. My thoughts are with Luke and the entire Dermody family.
God Speed...

My deepest sympathies to all of the family. No one was more congenial than Dan

My deepest condolences to the Dermody family.

Dan was such a humble, kind of man. He will be missed by many.

God bless your family and may Dan Rest In Peace.

Sincerely, Mary A Loura

Dan always had nice things to say and was a Taintonian thru and thru. Our whole staff is both shocked and saddened by his sudden death. He was always a great supporter of bringing in new businesses into Taunton and is one of the main reasons we decided to locate our third sports complex in this city. He was always there to offer his advice or a helping hand. He will be sorely missed. Our prayers and thoughts go out the Luke and the Dermody family.

What a great guy.... loved talking to him at the Fall River office about politics, sports, and especially his son Luke. Taunton and all of us will miss his devotion.

Rest In Peace Dan.
