Mr. Daniel DiMaio, 66 of Scotch Plains died Thursday November 15, 2012 at Overlook Hospital. Funeral service will be offered on Monday November 19, 10 A.M. at the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Avenue Scotch Plains. Interment Fairview Cemetery Westfield.Visitation Sunday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Further information, directions and to send letter of condolence visit www.therossifuneralhome.com.

Daniel was born in Plainfield, lived in Westfield, settled to Scotch Plains.Dan founded his own company Dan the Handy-Man a few years ago here in Scotch Plains. Prior he worked for the CCA Facilities in Elizabeth; at the Navy Weapon Station Earle in Colts Neck and for Bell Telephone in Plainfield,NJ.

He is survive by his beloved wife of 41 years Sharon A. (Nee Ashworth); his devoted daughter Christine M. Zielenbach; his brother Thomas; his sister Carol Molnar; and his cherished grandchildren Ashley and David.

Dan also had several nieces and a great nephew and great nieces.
