Not sure what to say?

I was thinking of some old friends in Vallejo, and remembered Dan. It is hard to believe it has over 15 years since you left us. You are not forgotten. Dan, rest in peace.

It's been one year since you were called to Heaven. I miss you and think of you each and every day. I wish you were here with me to share our life together on earth, but I am now at peace to know that you are sharing and serving your new life with the Lord above. I will always have your love with me and it is special to know that you have taken my love with you.

Always in my heart,
Your loving wife

To my classmate since third grade. I always looked up to you and admired you. You have been a great friend and I will miss you. You treated everyone terrifically and never spoke negatively about anyone. Susan liked you the first time she talked to you on the phone and wanted to meet you right away. She was glad to finally meet you at our class reunion 10 years ago. I know you loved Vallejo and wanted it to be better, and I hope your time on the City Council fulfilled your goals. You always...

I was so saddened to hear just yesterday of Dan's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Dan and Kris more than 20 years ago when I first started in the Insurance Business and we attended the Solano Independent Insurance Agents meetings. A true gentleman and scholar, I will miss catching up with Dan as we did over the years at the many Insurance Company meetings we attended. Cathy Spencer

My Danny Boy, my husband, my love...I miss him so much. Thank you all for your prayers, love, support, cards and flowers. A special thank you to all of his wonderful friends and family who have been by my side. Dan showed me the true meaning of love and happiness and we finally found it in each other. He will live on in your hearts as he will in mine. I Love You Dan

I'll never forget the day Danny was born. It was love at first sight that lasted a lifetime. I'll never forget the many summers, weekends and after school hours at 830 Ashwood from the time Danny was four and for the next five years "taking care of the boys" while my Aunt Lois and Uncle Donnie had to work such long hours at their Grocery Store. I'll never forget teaching Danny to tie his shoes, ride his bike and best of all, playing baseball. I'll never forget while Dan was in College in...

I was very sad when I read about Mr. Donahue's passing. He was a good man and a good neighbor (I remember babysitting the girls when they were little). He will be missed.

I have had such a time trying to read and write something, since there aren't words that seem appropriate for such a loss. Elisa thank you for being my friend along with being involved with your and Dan's marriage, knowing that it was something to see him so happy with you!!! Girls, you know how much Dan was loved. 7 years I spent 5 days 8 hours a day with him, knowing what made him happy is the family connection that he had with all of you.Being his extended family, seeing him suffer, I am...
