I still often think of my wonderful growing up on Joppa Hill Rd in Bedford (just beyond “Fox Run”). The Dorgan’s the Morley’s and many others. This was made possible by Dan. Thank you Dan and hello to Missy.

Forty years ago, Joppa Hill road in Bedford, my parents rented a home from Dan. He was the most gracious gentleman to my parents and to me (I was 10years old then). I've thought of him often and was best childhood friends with his daughter, Melissa.

Dan, a most intelligent man who loved conversation. When his office was out on 101, I was a manager of the then Jake Copleys Restaurant (circa 1987-88) that was basically right next door. At many lunch times we would talk when he would come in to eat, sometimes alone, at other times, with other realtors or clients. He was a great sounding board for many topics, and in discussing others that were close to the heart. After the restaurant changed hands, I had occasion to call him from California...

Dan's smile was infectious! His friendly demeanor was one of a kind. You will be greatly missed by the real estate and financing industry. Missy, thank you for sharing your Dad with so many others.
