It is with great sorrow that I had to learn today that Dan is no longer with us. I was inhouse counsel at Thyssen Handelsunion AG, Düsseldorf, Germany and in that capacity had numerous cases with him. He was a fine attorney and a trusted friend. Please, accept my sincere condolences. May he rest in peace!
