Not sure what to say?

I am saddened and shocked at the lose of Dan. He kept everyone at Jane's Health Market entertained and smiling with his visits. Dan was also the best hugger on the planet. When Dan hugged you he held your soul in his arms. I will miss you greatly.

My deepest sympathies to Auntie Helen, Pat, Colleen, Joanie and Karen and their families. My prayers & thoughts are with you during this time of loss.
Love, Dianna & Becky Grady

What wonderful memories as children at the farm with our Dwyer cousins and relatives! I cherish those memories and treasure equally the gift of knowing Dan as an adult. As we shared professional interests I will miss his passion about his clients, his work and his own professional growth. That passion extended to his family and his friends who were such a rewarding and treasured part of his life. You all so enriched his life and thus the lives of all of us blessed enough to be part of...

My sympathies to Auntie Helen, Pat, Colleen, Karen, Joannie and your families. You are all in our thoughts. I recall, with fondness, the Bozeman Dwyer reunion, and the joy, presence and positive energy that Dan brought to our gathering. My heart goes out to all of you.

To all of Dan's relatives and friends: Thank you for sharing such beautiful and heart-warming stories about Dan. We, as his family, will always have them to remember Dan by as well as our own personal stories. Dan, you were a great brother-in-law and I pray for you as you enjoy God's peace.

Dan,
My dear friend; we will truly miss your gentleness, your laugh, your humor, your presence, your support, your tears, your joy, your smile, your hugs, your heart felt senses. I was so blessed to have been your friend. I miss you but know your spirit is near. I think of you and how you made the youth of our world feel so important. Evan I felt this energy.

Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss of such a caring man. Our sons saw Dan for years and he helped them, and us, tremendously. I hope they can contribute as much to people as Dan has done in his work. I hope the family can take heart and know he contributed so much by helping others, the world is a better place because of his counseling of others. The world would be a better place if more professionals had his talents.

Please accept my sympathy for your loss. Dan was a major player in the mental health community in Omaha and his dedication to our youth will be remembered for a long time. Jeannette Spec, Apex Foster Care
