Not sure what to say?

At Bill Harrison´s services, Dan was one of only four (Frank Skaggs Sr., John DeLong, Dan, and myself) to represent the hundreds of former Kelly-Moore employees who benefitted by Bill´s leadership. Dan showed that he was more than just a good salesman, he was a good, and kind, human being. His passing is a loss to the world.

Dan was a great man and mentor. I began in the paint industry 18 years ago and met Dan then. I will truly treasure my time spent working with him in the Pdx Kelly-Moore market. Dan was a wonderful person and I count myself lucky to have known him. My heart goes out to all his family and friends. The world lost a good one.

Dan was one of the kindest and most generous men I've ever met; it was always a great pleasure to chum around with him and to hear his deep, warm voice (he should have been a Hollywood narrator). We tinkered with vintage slot machines together, starting seven or eight years ago... I've dealt with plenty of both good and bad people in that hobby, but Dan was among the best. A true gentleman and an impeccably honest friend: I'll miss him forever.

Time spent with Dan was always a joy.
His positive attitude and ability to converse, made for a very enjoyable time.
We looked at quite a few jobs together, and enjoyed quite a few lunches together.
Dan had a calm soothing manner that could provide a pleasant respite to an otherwise stressful day.

We did not see each other often, but I will miss you, my friend.

We were both so sorry to hear about Dan's passing. We are so thankful we met him years ago through KC and Richard. We started getting our Christmas trees from his Christmas tree farm. He was a great man.

Words cannot express the loss we feel. Dan has been an amazing friend.

For almost 50 years you were "my good buddy". We will tip a few going forward in your memory of all the good times.

Cindy....we are so very sorry to hear that Dan has passed away. We send you our most sincere sympathy and love.
