Temmy, We here at Jalapeno Inferno were missing you and Dan. We had no idea. We are so sorry and will pray for you and your family.

To the Evans Family, my prayers are with you all. what a wonderful person...I ate alot of breakfasts with him the last couple of years.......he loved his family and business......horses was his passion........he will be missed......God Bless You All !

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Dan Evans. He was a very nice and gracious man. I enjoyed talking horses with him at the Congress a couple of years ago. I also enjoyed talking about the sausage business. What a genuine person. RIP Mr. Evans. Shawn McCoy TX

Jeff and I knew Dan through OCHA Cutting, and you could always count on him for a smile and a positive word for the day. He was a driving force for the cutting horse industry, and we will miss seeing him at the shows. Our sympathy and condolences to Temmy and his family.
