My sincere condolences on the death of your father. As I had mentioned when your mom passed away, I lived in the attic of your folks home in 1979 or 1980 while I worked between college and grad school. I worked with your mom at the library for years. I remember the sewing (I liked to sew too), gardening and the never ending quest for the perfect tan. Your folks were very kind to me and I will always remember their kindness fondly. Your mom used to talk about you, Martha, all the time.
