May 21, 1999 – Aug 26, 2021 (Age 22)
On Thursday, August 26th, 2021, Daniel Anthony Fetta passed away unexpectedly in his home at the age of 22.
Danny was born on May 21st, 1999 in Meriden, CT to Joseph and Kristen (Barillaro) Fetta. He graduated from RHAM High School in 2017 and Goodwin University in 2020.
Danny had a passion for the culinary arts as well as machining. In short, he loved to make things. He spent his days crafting parts, meals or anything you can imagine for the enjoyment of his family and friends. His loved ones would describe him as someone who would always offer himself to help others in their time of need, or to just provide a smile. He was incredibly witty; he always had a joke or interesting tidbit to share. Once he opened up, he would talk until his jaw hurt. He had so much to share with everyone who took the time to listen. There were two places you could find Danny on any given day; he was under one of his cars or behind a stove cooking up a tasty meal.
He was well known in his RHAM community for his stand-out cars and skills in the kitchen. He loved to travel to car meets and find others who shared the same passion.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Kristen Fetta as well as his two brothers, Joseph M. (25) and Thomas Fetta (20). He is also survived by his Grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind his beloved cat Bug Bug.
A celebration of Danny’s life will be held on Saturday, September 4th, 2021, at the Brooklawn Funeral Home located at 511 Brook Street in Rocky Hill, CT– with calling hours from 12PM to 2PM.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the GoFundMe for the completion of his beloved project car, the Hibiscus Red Audi B5 S4. GoFundMe Link

Daniel was part of our Cohort 11 CNC Alumni Class at Goodwin University. He was a special young man who was liked by both peers and professors. Dan was described by one professor as "very sharp and kept pushing forward no matter what challenges he faced. He will be greatly missed". We all share that sentiment and offer our deepest condolences on the passing of Daniel.
