Not sure what to say?

Dan was one of kind. I considered him a great friend. I will miss all of his e-mails (even the raunchy ones). I'll miss playing golf with him every August. For his 70th birthday, I took him out to lunch and bought him this hat to keep him from getting sick (cause he golfed in the winter), well, he thought the hat looked like Elmer Fudge and said he wore it all the time because the people at the golf course, gas station, wherever gave him free things because he looked so ridiculous. Walter and I are so saddened by the loss of a dear friend. For years we have enjoyed Dan's terrible jokes and partnership in the football pool. He remained one of Walter's true friends through the years.

Mildred--my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your brother. Peace and God bless.

I am so sorry to hear of Dan's death. Dan was such a great friend to my mom and dad for so many years. I remember the days at the Brooklyn Y when they played racquetball. I pray for your peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was a nice person to work with.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies.

Dan,I missed you not playing in the golf league the last two years. You were always a gentleman and a pleasure to golf with. Your smile, laughter and joking, is what I will forever remember about you.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I'm so sorry for your loss,

Meg
