Not sure what to say?

Dear Freitas Family,

We have just heard of Dan's passing and we wanted to send our condolences. Dan was always such a fun-loving, kind person and will always be held in high regard! Debbie, I can't even imagine the depth of your grief, please know we are praying for you and Dan's family. God Bless you and may you find comfort and peace in knowing how many friends and family love you and hold you high in prayer!

Dear Friend and Colleague,

Dan you were a true friend and confidant and I will always miss the many conversations that we shared. Your kindness, knowledge and honesty are unmatched... St. Mary's would have been a lesser place if not for you presence and I was blessed to have shared that space and time with you and yours. My condolensces to your family in this difficult time. See you someday in a better place my friend.

Dear Debbie & Family,
We are so sorry for your loss.
Dan was a great guy and will most surely be missed by all who knew him. Take care of yourself Deb.

Dear Deb and Family,
I cant tell you how sorry and shocked I was to hear about your loss. Dan was not only a good friend and great co-worker,(back in the grocery days) but truly a great person and role model for me. My last memory of him is typical Dan Freitas. My 12 year old son and I randomly had seats near Deb and Dan's at a Giants game last year. During the game they handed out commemorative posters of my sons fave player Omar Vizquel. The usher passed us by but Dan, seeing my...

Dear Freitas family,
It is with great sadness that I heard of Dan's passing. I went to school and graduated with Dan and enjoyed him as my classmate. Dan was very popular and well liked, and a caring person, always smiling and sharing his upbeat personality with everyone. I think we had the most fun in our senior year working on the yearbook staff together. I got my yearbook out the other day and found Dan's kind words and signature. It's a blessing that Dan had such a wonderful life with...

Dear Debbie and Family,
Dan will always hold a special place in my heart for we shared 6 great years together at Country Market and Price Less Foods. He was a tremendous boss and proved every day that you can have fun at work. Some of my favorite memories include starting up the Final Four Pool with him that continued for years and years at Simplot. Having Dan and you come down to the store on Halloween when I dressed up like Mike Bible, I still remember the looks on your faces....

Dear Freitas Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I know Dan from the many days that he worked with me at the rehab hospital in chico, before he went to PT school. I was so proud of him, his eagerness to learn and his desire to be the best therapist he could. I have had the pleasure of corresponding with him as colleagues regarding patient care. I know he was an exceptional physical therapist, as he was an exceptional person with the biggest heart and smile. May God bless...

Dear Frietas Family,
I cannot get you out of my thoughts since hearing of Dan's passing from my mom. I remember Dan most from the many times I saw him in Holiday even though he was good friends with several of my siblings, Sid, Ruth and Diane. He was always kind to me (Sid's little sister) and always had a smile. I loved the picture included, he looks just as I remember him.
I cannot begin to imagine the grief of his passing to you Debbie, as his wife and daily companion for 21+...

Dear Freitas Family,

I would like to offer my sympathy during this difficult time. I was a little girl that lived on the same street of Dan and Debbie when they lived in Orland. I always have memories about Dan's kindness. Your family will be in our prayers.

May God be with your family,

Andrea Jones
