To the entire family of Daniel Gates Frey, I am sincerely apologize for your loss of Daniel Frey. I learned quite a bit of history through him about the Gates and Frey families. As a fan of family history, it was fun memories hearing from him about the family. And learned new things recently as last year about his old business by the Erie Canal next to the Chittenango Pottery Building that I seek to purchase. I am related through the Gridley Family (Arline Gridley Laragh was my grandmother).
