Not sure what to say?

I bike on the bike path in MA. entering in Adams, MA. Along the path, I have noticed the 2 memorials for Dan. When I stop at the 5 mile mark in Cheshire, I sit on the bench and stare at his plaque wondering about him and talk to him. Since I carry very small American flags in my backpack, I - sometimes - place one there. Today it occurred to me to check for an obituary and was happy to see it was still accessible. Now I know what Dan looks like and a little bit about him as presented by...

Hi!I have this bracelet that belongs to him.a friend of mine on the coast guard gave it to me to hold on to it.ive had it for 4 years.

I am proud to have called Dan a friend,we served as MP's together

Dan was the best man a women could have as a boyfriend. Loving and caring understanding anf always willing to listen. Love ya very much and Miss you alot. When I hear Duran Duran I think of you

Deepest sympathy to family of SFC Daniel Petithory. I believe I served with Daniel's father, Louis Petithory, in 1965 at Fort Knox, Ky. Louis was a great Tanker, and alot of fun to be with. I am so sorry for his and Mrs. Petitory's loss.Just looking at SFC Daniel H.Petithory's photo, I can see he was a STRAC Trooper. [email protected]

Nearly 11 years have passed and you are still honored, remembered and recognized as a hero.

I was proud to serve with Dan and he was/is a true hero. This guy was proud to put on his uniform everyday to protect our freedom. God Bless
