Not sure what to say?

It is over 9 years since we lost Dan...Just telling you he is NOT forgotten and is missed very much.....
I miss you my friend..

I did not know you Dan but your act of unbelievable kindness and the tragedy that ensued have profoundly touched me. I have made it my personal mission to spread your legend so that you will never be forgotten. I am so very deeply saddened by your death. For the rest of my days I will strive to shine your light as you have done when you were here. Thank you Dan.

Dan was the most gentle and kind person I ever knew. I worked with him for many years at Meijer. His death has made the world a little darker. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

To the Haynes family,
Dan's shop was right next to my work area at Meijer. I will miss his cheery "Good Morning Janet." One thing I noticed over the years was that he greeted everyone that way, he knew everyones name. I will treasure that he shared his faith with me. He went to a weekly bible study and so enjoyed the fellowship it offered. He could hardly wait to retire, he told me he wanted to do more mission trips. On a lighter note, an aquaintance told me that one time she...

I too, had the privilege of knowing Dan through working at Meijer. He was one of the nicest guys I have ever met and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Our condolences to the Haynes family. May God bless and comfort you in this time of sorrow.

To the Haynes Family,

We are saddened of the news of Daniel. We had the pleasure of representing him this past year in purchasing his property. He was such a polite man and expressed his appreciation and gratitude in buying his home. I remember speaking to him on one occasion and he was just walking into the Tiger Stadium, Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May you take great comfort and peace knowing he is with the Lord.

God Bless you,

Please except my deepest condolences. No death is easy but for one so young and unexpexted enhances the pain you endure. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. May your memories together comfort you through these troubling & sad times and for years to come.
