Daniel Philip Hoffman, Sr., age 73, of Lake Station, Indiana passed away July 11, 2025 at home with family. He served in the US Army from 1968 to 1971. He loved to travel and go camping. He was well known in the Lake Station, Indiana area as “Kokomo”. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Bonnie, daughter, Patricia Hoffman and son, Daniel Hoffman, III. He had seven grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Hoffman, III and his granddaughter, Brittany Sutton. A Celebration Of Life will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm at the Lake Station VFW, 2750 Central Avenue, Lake Station, IN. Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel assisted with arrangements.
